A boy from Texas who learns about life and love while competing in Cape Hatteras. The story starts when there is an attempted rape when the lead female character tries to skip out on her diner bill and is caught by two of the male staff. It is drama filled movie and boy meet girl love story set in the kiteboarding world. I suggested you watch and enjoy it.
